Derek started Ridgeline Lawn Co. after a few seasons managing turf for a golf course in the valley, where the same clay-heavy soil and irrigation-dependent climate that frustrates homeowners is a daily problem to solve, not a footnote.
Most of the national lawn-care programs sold in Boise are written for climates that get three times our rainfall — which is why so many lawns here look fine in May and burned out by August. Ridgeline's program exists specifically to fix that mismatch: fewer, better-timed applications instead of a generic monthly schedule.
The crew is still small on purpose. Every property gets the same technician every visit, which means problems get caught early instead of reported by a rotating crew that's never seen the yard before.
